State of our education system

My mom's maid Aarti is middle aged ,dark and strong .She travels from the suburbs and takes the early morning local train to reach our house by7.45 am. Everyday she has a new story to tell about people she meets on her way to work. One of her latest stories goes like this. Kanan is a young woman who comes to work to the city from the village everyday.She has two children and she is on birth control pills for the last fifteen years. Recently Kanan has fallen seriously ill and has some disease in her urinary tract. Aarti is sure this is because of the pills she has been taking all these years .These pills are life threatening because they never dissolve and stay in the stomach and become like small mountains inside the body. One woman had masses of pills extracted from her inside by the doctor in their locality. Women should never take these pills. Operation is the best option to save your life. Aarti could not stop fretting about Kanan's plight.
