STATE BANK OF INDIA

Thousands of young Indians are being interviewed by India’s largest public sector bank SBI for filling up executive level vacancies. Candidates working in BPO’s trying to escape the tyranny of long hours , youths from rural backgrounds with no electricity at home, failed musicians giving up their dreams in order to make a living – these are some of the aspirants who have qualified for the interview after appearing for the tough written tests some months back. It is an amazing world , a great leveller where savvy English speaking youngsters are treated at par with candidates who have little or no English.
